Create, send, and receive small doses of wisdom tailored for intention and attention. HOW IT WORKS:

 <li>Each attention consists of an image paired with a soundbite or text. It manifests as a notification on your phone—a nourishing prompt that can be scheduled to help you center your focus effectively.</li>
 <li>An attention may offer a fresh perspective, reinforce positive thinking, provide a motivational boost, or evoke clarity, joy, or momentum.</li>
</ul>

CREATE:

<ul>
 <li>Design attentions for yourself, friends, family members, clients, groups, or a wider audience.</li>
 <li>Explore "Attention-making Tips" and sample creations.</li>
 <li>Invite individuals or groups to the app.</li>
 <li>Begin by recording a soundbite or composing text.</li>
 <li>Choose an image from your library or the diverse Unsplash collection.</li>
 <li>Select recipients and schedule delivery times.</li>
</ul>

RECEIVE:

<ul>
 <li>Discover and subscribe to trusted sources for ongoing support with your challenges and aspirations.</li>
 <li>For additional content variety, consider subscribing to Wendy@Attention for unique attentions that can punctuate your days with surprise and tranquility.</li>
 <li>If desired, reschedule previously received attentions to reappear at specific intervals or times.</li>

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ATTENTIONS:

<ul>
 <li>In private accounts, all subscribers require approval and attentions are not shareable outside the app.</li>
 <li>In public accounts, anyone can subscribe. Attentions sent to selected recipients remain private while those sent to all subscribers can be shared externally to spread your insights widely.</li>
